Be Present is a simple tool to help you meditate. Just start the timer when you want to begin your practice. The sound of Tibetan singing bowls will let you know when the time is up. Your sessions will be automatically recorded in the sitting log where you can review past sittings and add notes. Get an overview of your practice by looking at your meditation stats and streak. These can help you stay motivated and build a consistent practice.
